This (2022 - present) series follows inquisitive Sister Boniface (Lorna Watson) as she offers her forensic skills to local authorities in the fictional English town of Great Slaughter in the 1960s.

4. Shakespeare & Hathaway

In this (2018 - present) series, quirky private investigators Luella Shakespeare (played by Jo Yoyner) and Frank Hathway (played by Mark Benton) solve mysteries in Stratford-upon-Avon.

3. Agatha Christie’s Marple

This adaptation (2004 - 2013) of Agatha Christie’s classic mystery books featuring the talented older amateur sleuth, Miss Marple (played by Geraldine McEwan and Julia McKenzie), as she solves crimes in post WWII England.

2. Death in Paradise

This mystery series (2011 - present) follows a fish-out-of-water English detective sent to solve crimes in the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie.

Based on the books by G. K. Chesterton, this (2013 - present) series follows Father Brown and his friends as they investigate murders and mysteries in the 1950s village of Kembleford, England. Father Brown (played by Mark Williams) does all that he can to catch criminals and save souls.
